- Do not publish reputation, blacklist, or domain analysis as accusations against persons.
- Do not represent CheckItNowTools output as legal evidence.
Respect target systems
- Only inspect systems you own or have permission to test.
- Do not use the platform to enumerate, scan, or attack third-party infrastructure.
- Respect robots.txt, rate limits, and terms of the systems you query.
Respect data subjects
- Redacted WHOIS data is private under applicable law — do not attempt to reconstruct it.
- Treat technical information as you would want yours treated.
