Informal resolution first
Before initiating any formal dispute, the parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution. Most concerns can be resolved by emailing support@checkitnowtools.com with a clear description of the issue and the desired outcome.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Relationale LLC is organised, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
Venue
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the jurisdiction of Relationale LLC's principal place of business for any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.
Class action waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
