Scope
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, CheckItNowTools.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the Protected Parties) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the platform or its content.
Specifically excluded
- Decisions made in reliance on verification or analysis results.
- Technical analysis output and its interpretation.
- IP, WHOIS, DNS, geolocation, SSL, and metadata reports.
- Website inspection output, including reputation and blacklist signals.
- AI-generated educational explanations.
- Educational guides, methodology pages, and reference material.
- Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity.
- Service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or upstream third-party failures.
Aggregate cap
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded by law, the aggregate liability of the Protected Parties is limited to the amount paid by the user to CheckItNowTools in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
