Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, CheckItNowTools.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (the Protected Parties) from and against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees).
Triggering events
- Misuse of the platform, its tools, or its content.
- Violation of these Terms of Use, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the Responsible Use Policy.
- Unlawful conduct or conduct that infringes the rights of a third party.
- Misrepresentation of CheckItNowTools output as authoritative evidence, legal advice, or professional security analysis.
- Use of the platform to scan, enumerate, or attack systems without authorisation.
Cooperation
The Protected Parties reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification. The user agrees to cooperate with such defence at the user's own expense.
